Argaum started brightly and were soon 8 points up, courtesy of a try from Dave Hall after a great solo run by Dan James. Mason Edwards added to the tally soon after being pushed over the line in a driving maul.
Much alike the reverse fixture, the Kingsteignton side rallied and that proved to be it for the first half, making ground with the short ball and keeping the ball away from Argaum's danger men. 13-3 at the break.
After a calm and encouraging talk at half time, the Chiefs started to work the ball a bit more. Ellery Jones scored a great individual try to get the scoreboard ticking again, breaking from a ruck on the half-way line. Almost immediately after, quick hands in the back line gave Jake Turfrey space on the outside to deliver.
With the brief to start playing open rugby, James Riley and Richard Hewitt took advantage of the hard work of the Argaum back row, Burton, Worboys & Holliday to start spinning the ball wide.
Kal Bloomfield finished well after being put in by Hewitt and Edwards bagged another two to secure his hattrick. Strong running and powerful scrummaging earning the tight head man of the match.
