A last minute search for a game saw DHSOB step up and offer to host the Wanderers the day after their Club Social.
With an unprecedented 30 players unavailable due to various reasons, Argaum still managed to get two sides out.
Steve Barnes, the President made his first first appearance of the season and Steve Reeves made his return from a lengthy layoff to play in the unfamiliar position of flanker. The other selection of note was Paul 5ymons at 13!
A quarter of an hour in, the home side lost a player courtesy of the referee adjuging him to have tripped his opponent. Soon after, Ollie Lake scored from a well worked lineout. Some great 15 man rugby saw Matt Cardell go over for Argaum's second.
Jamie Venner touched down for the first of his Hat-Trick before half time. The restart saw the scoreboard tick straight away with a great run from 5ymo set up James Riley, impressing at fly-half to score his first for Argaum.
Venner scored twice more in the second half, whilst man of the match Riley finished things off with the final try.
A great return to the field for the Wanderers after an enforced 3 week break...
Next week, away to Liskeard Looe 2nds in what should be a great test for this ever improving Wanderers side.
