Dear Club Member,

At the recent AGM it was announced that Club Membership Prices were increasing from 1st July 2026 as follows:

• £1/month for general cost increase (applicable to all memberships)
• £3/month to cover off site training facilities for the winter months (applicable to Senior Mens, Senior Womens and Junior Rugby Memberships)

The attached document contains details of the new membership rates.

What do I need to do?

If you pay for Junior Memberships:
This will continue on our Pitchero web site and be automatically increased on 1st July (there should be nothing for you to do - unless we contact you)

If you pay for Senior Mens or VP Memberships:
These are no longer available on Pitchero and should now be purchased for the coming season on our RFU GMS site

Any active memberships on Pitchero for these categories will have been cancelled in the last few days.

If you pay for Senior Womens or Walking Rugby Memberships:
These are available as per last season only via our RFU GMS site

Note: If you obtain Senior Mens, Senior Womens or VP Memberships first you will be entitled to a discount on walking rugby when purchased afterwards.

Our intention is to ultimately move all membership to the RFU GMS site which will allow us to be more flexible with membership types and add more discounts for families etc. We thankyou for your understanding during this process.
