A GoFundMe Fundraiser has been launched to raise money towards a new set of hinged rugby posts after one set was badly damaged by Storm Goretti last week.

As fundraising organiser Sarah North explained; 'Recent severe weather caused by Storm Goretti has resulted in significant damage to our facilities, with the goal posts on our Senior 1st Team pitch being blown down and broken. As a result, we had to rearrange this weekend’s fixtures to ensure all matches could still be played, but unfortunately we are now unable to host home games until the issue is resolved.

We are fundraising to purchase a new set of hinged goal posts. These can be safely lowered when not in use, helping to prevent similar damage in the future and ensuring greater resilience for our pitches going forward.
